I am a 22M looking for advice from senior who are older than me.
struggling with family pressure when the only earning members is you.
don’t feel like you are earning well, after your on campus sprinklr offer got revoked
had a bad heartbreak (one sided) to the girl you were together for more than 7 years.
struggling with toxic manager and a CEO and a bad working culture of working 12 hrs a day morning 9 to evening 9
Even in weekend
From then you are struggling with mental pressure of your family expectations of making a switch and earning more money so we can be together.
Hi, I am so sorry to hear about your struggles. But hang in there, don't lose hope. I know it's easy for me to say it but you are still young. You have got many years of life before you have to settle down. You can hustle at this age. I am sure you'll get someone who will value your love. Don't worry about your family, just keep doing your work. Don't stay at a company for very long. If you are confident enough, try to look for other opportunities. Good luck!!
Idk I mean, I feel like leaving my job and do d Something else for a while to keep my mental health intact but again as a fresher I don't have much savings just 2 -3 months
I am in same place but differently. no work pressure at all. Just 1-2hrs preparation for switch and getting salary from my current company. But its just a mind game. I would say this is your time to sharpen yourself. You are way too young. I am 27rn, could nt use my early 20s. just because all those relationship dramas and family support. Now i am free from all these shits but mental instability regarding my career . I would suggest you to work hard. as you are a fresher its tough time . forget about that girl and family drama. Its not easy but its the way to live. Focus on your self. Make a switch . Earn money , save … bro go for a trip to ladakh or other places .your sole purpose is live freely not just to serve or please everyone. respect everyone and do what makes you happy. Trust me this phase will make you stronger.
What now looks like "the way of life" is only a phase of life.
I can't say that I'm exactly at a place you are, but being the only earner of the family, I know how important it is to earn well. I feel a hundred percent of what you wrote.
My advice is this: Keep preparing for the next switch, but don't go so hard on yourself. Be kind to yourself first - You'll get all the good in the world, with time.
