Seeking Referral | Career Advice | Performance Test Engineer | 3.6+ YOE

Hi all,

Feeling very disheartened. It’s been over 6 months of job hunting with 300+ applications and barely any responses — even when my skills match.

LTIMindtree: Cleared all rounds, dropped after HR citing budget issues.

S&P Global: Performed well in two technical interviews, still got rejected.

Deloitte, Accenture, QualityKiosk: Discussed interviews but never scheduled.

Many companies prefer immediate joiners, making it tougher.

Despite performing well in my current role, I’ve faced no promotion due to office politics.

I have 3.6+ years of experience in Performance Testing with hands-on in Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace.

I’m actively looking for a Performance Testing opportunity. If anyone can refer me or help me get an interview, it would mean a lot.
