Seeking Guidance on continuous rejections from Engineering Manager Round(s).
.Dear community,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out with a concern regarding my recent experiences in engineering manager interviews, where unfortunately, I faced rejections in crucial rounds.
To provide context, my attempts with ZSAssociates concluded with a rejection in the final round, Zscaler saw me rejected in the second technical round, and both Nferece and Browserstack ended with rejections in the engineering manager round – the ultimate stage.
I am genuinely seeking your guidance and insights. If there are areas I can improve upon or any advice you can offer to enhance my performance, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your support.

And if these are the only rejections then i can tell you i had 30+ rejections while switching the job with 5 offers in total.

Ohh looks like it's a process through which everyone needs to walk through.

It's ok don't worry. You did your best. In my case luck also plays the factor. Something similar happened to me in meesho. I haven't heard back from them after EM round

Its simple their expectations are not met.

I considered this to be one reason.

How would we know why you were rejected please ask for feedback from your interviewers

I understand but was looking for general points which needed to be covered maybe I might be lacking there.

@SleepyChurn what were you asked in Browserstack’s EM round?
