Seeking Career Advice

Hello Everyone,

I work as market research analyst in the healthcare domain, however last year I made a switch in a firm where we do projects across domains but the new company has very poor quality projects and is currently has extremely absurd target very poor quality projects(if any at all) and now I'm fed up to a point where I really wanna switch but now I'm really confused whether I should switch to a life science/healthcare focused companies or should I go on to generalist role

And what can I do to get into such companies I have 4 years of experience and am also currently pursuing executive MBA from IIM Sirmaur

Any advice or refferal are much appreciated 😊

If you enjoy healthcare, switching to life sciences/healthcare companies could leverage your expertise, offering deeper industry insights. Alternatively, a generalist role may broaden opportunities. Highlight your experience, MBA, and specialized skills when applying to such companies.

Market research analysts can earn well, especially with experience, but salaries vary based on industry and expertise. It may pay slightly less than SEO specialists at entry levels, but with skill growth and advanced roles, it offers strong long-term earning potential.
