Hello people of community, software engineer here long story short after grad started in Accenture then got laid off , took a job in a seed stage startup where CTO is abusive , manipulative and plays mind games he is just above me as they won’t hire any senior my package is 4.41lpa exp -3 years , I apply on Naukri app , LinkedIn , but responses and interview calls are only handful , I am crying in the night when i come back from office , cannot quit as I am sole earner. Any advice on how to get new job Tech stack - Frontend- React.js/ts , related frontend tech Backend - Java , Springboot , MySQL , AWS some services
