Seeking Advice

I’m thrilled to share that I recently received an offer from Thoughtworks 🎉, and my joining date is in December! It’s been a dream opportunity, and I’m super excited about this new chapter. Currently, I’m working at Capgemini, and after initiating my resignation, I’ve been facing some challenges. It feels like the workload and pressure have significantly increased - tasks I’m unfamiliar with are being assigned, and I’m expected to complete them quickly. To add to it, I’ve been threatened that my notice period might be extended if I fail to deliver. This has been a bit overwhelming, and I’m wondering: 👉 Is it even possible for a company to extend the notice period after resignation? 👉 Have any of you faced similar situations, and how did you handle it? I’d really appreciate any advice or insights from this amazing community! 🙏

I don't think so they'll extend your Notice period, didn't hear this because they're supposed to remove your workload as your np dates comes near.
