Second unexpected Pregnancy After fews Months of Maternity Leave – Policy Clarification Needed.

I work in a large IT company in India and had availed full maternity leave (26 weeks) last year. I resumed work after completing my leave. But recently, I found out that I’m pregnant again unexpectedly ( 4 months now), and my expected due date is later this year.

Has anyone faced a similar situation of closedly spaced pregnancies? How do companies generally handle maternity benefits in such cases? Are employees eligible for full maternity leave again under the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, or is it handled differently by HR policies? Looking for real experiences or guidance.

Lol true. 26 paid weeks, 4 months work, another 26 paid weeks, then work 4 months, then get a new offer and join there.

Free money glitch

I get how it may look from outside, but it’s not really a “glitch.” Pregnancy isn’t something you can plan perfectly around policies, especially when it’s unexpected. Just trying to understand how companies actually handle such situations in reality.

First deployment succeed. Second deployment take care now. Make sure server(you) be healthy. Always check actuators (health checkups). Ask developer/devops(ur spouse) for no more deployments soon. Say no business requirement. You can't layoff him. so ask him too help in house chores.
