Searching for a ErpNext developer

Not in Accenture, I have resigned and moving out for a different product based org. I am building a team for a full fledged digitalization of business process.

Will be tricky to find erpnext developers, they are out there but small in number, even within python community not many are aware of this, you can try finding from the erpnext market place
