Dude, I am having Java and 3+ YOE but still not getting callback.
Bhai I'm having 1.5yoe in Frontend React, applied to more than 1200 places easily. Didn't get even a single callback. My resume has been reviewed by several good people, they say it's not the best but it works for getting the callback at least from mid tier startups.
Didn't get nothing.
