Is anyone here currently working at or has recently worked at AppsForBharat? I’ve received an offer with a CTC of 19 LPA fixed + 1 LPA variable. I’m trying to understand more about the company culture, work-life balance, and whether this compensation is fair for a Senior iOS Engineer. Would appreciate any insights!

React Native dev at Apps For Bharat with 3-4 yoe is 30-40LPA I remember seeing couple of their job posts here, that was the range
Pretty confident - try to find and then negotiate up Do not settle for anything less than 25 at the min

You can ask for atleast 30LPA. I heard from the people who work there, for SSEs, they give upto 40LPA so minimum you can quote 28LPA+
