Feeling embarrassed tbh. 1.2L/1.7L. Got a car emi and fuel exp of 15k each. Home exp another 10k and 15-20k general exp.
Why do you feel embarrassed? It’s a good salary and good savings per month. Most of the people dream for that :). You should be happy!
Na bas savings rate kam hai kafi, given no kids/marriage/home loan yet. Salary toh thik aaj nhi toh kal badh hi jaegi :)

We are hardly able to save 50k per month (which is I think very less by reading all above comments)
We have a home loan 40k
Car loan 18k
Car petrol 8k
monthly home expenses 25k
I have a 2 year old baby so 10k per month ( hospital, vaccination , diapers etc )
I have term insurance of me and my wife 8k
Even I do small 3 trips in a year it will cost 1-1.2 lakh per month = 10k per month
Health insurance of my mother = 4K per month
I am adding 7k random expenses (still I am building my home so 1 year I bought washing machine, next year some bed etc )
Next year my baby will start going to school 😭 so god please help me
