SAP Data Migration with almost 3YOE applying to EY. How much CTC can I ask of during HR round?

I have been offered 30 LPA fixed+10% Variable by EY GDS for 9.5 YOE for SAP Native HANA skill. Is this paycheck as per market or should I ask for more?
