Below are the Levels/YOE/Pay ranges AMTS (0 - 2 years) - 30 lakhs MTS (1 - 4 years) - 50 lakhs SMTS / Manager (4 - 8 years) - 80 lakhs LMTS / Sr Manager (8 - 15 years) - 120 lakhs PMTS / Director (10 - 20 years) - 170 lakhs
