Salary review @ SAP Labs

Hi Everyone,

I recently got an offer from SAP Labs for the Developer profile, following are the details:

Career Level : T2 Grade Level : 1

Offer CTC : 18 LPA Fixed : 16.2 LPA (including pf and gratuity) Bonus : 1.8 L

Total YOE : 4

Profile : Java Developer

Just wanted to know is it good offer considering my profile, YOE and what SAP offers for same role and same YOE to other candidates.

Total 5 Round :

Phone screening round (30 mins): Questions will be from your resume as well as mentioned skills.
Technical Round 1(1 hr): Coding question, Questions on OOPS and Multithreading, Design question, behavioural questions for last 10 mins.
Technical Round 2 ( 1 hr): Coding question, SQL question, OOPS principles and other concepts of core java, Design Question, behavioural questions for last 10 mins.
Cross LOB (30 mins): Questions on your project, like its architecture and technologies used and why. Behavioural questions
HR round (30 mins) : HR questions and salary discussions.

Regarding multithreading what kind questions were asked and what resources you used to prepare for it ? And for coding round was it allowed to use IDE or you used notepad ?
