Salary Negotiation Advice Needed for IBM and Capgemini (7.6 Years Experience)
“I have 7.6 years of experience as a .NET Developer (.NET Core). My current package is 12 LPA at LTIMindtree. I am serving my notice period (15 days remaining). Currently, I have the highest offer of 20 LPA. Salary discussions with IBM and Capgemini are scheduled for next week.
Can I ask for a package of 25+ LPA? While giving interviews earlier, I mentioned my expected salary as 20 LPA, but at that time, I did not have any offer of 20 LPA in hand.
Also, do you have any idea about the salary range for a 7.6 years experienced candidate at Capgemini and IBM? How much should I demand?”

Do not expect to much bro they will offer you 22 max but not more most of the cases, in meantime you can crack one more interview with 25 but I don’t think that they would offer you 25 already gave 20, they consider other ppl apart from you then you left with no offer.
In ibm you can get based on band for band 7A you can get max of 24 to25 lakhs and for 7b up to 30 lakhs
