I am at Infosys from last 4.1 years my current designation is quality engineering analyst - JL 4 With 4+ years of experience my package is around 5.3 LPA is this justifiable? I am trying outside but the problem is 90 days notice period no one is considering me with this much notice period everyone is asking immediate joiner, now a days salary hike is going should i wait or any suggestions what should i do ?
It is that time to take a chance, put notice period as 30 days and say that you are on bench and manager agreed to release early. Give it a try, once u get offer make move strategically and buyout notice period
