Salary Expectations and Career Guidance.

Hey guys, I am currently working as an Associate Analyst in Deloitte USI, in the S&A department. Still on my Probation that would end in October. Doing RPA using UiPath. I have had exposure and am currently in a project till December. Getting 23k in hand right now, and wondering what would be the best course of action once the Probation ends.

I see 2 options right now -

1. Stay here and work on getting certified in AI and Cloud, switch after the next appraisal cycle.
2. Try to find some other jobs.

My main target is to switch to AI and Cloud in the long term, or if you believe RPA is better feel free to justify. The other target obviously is that I want a better package.

Also, to let you know, I will be completing my MCA (Distance Education) by June next year as well.
