Hi everyone, I'm looking for some insights regarding salary expectations and career growth.

I have 2 years and 6 months of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, and I'm confident in the following areas:

✅ PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven) ✅ Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows) ✅ SharePoint (Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Site Designs) ✅ SQL Server (Querying, Joins, Views, Basic Stored Procedures) ✅ SharePoint Framework (SPFx) – Custom Web Parts and Extensions ✅ Basic knowledge of Power BI

I'm currently evaluating job offers and trying to gauge what a fair salary range would be for someone with my skillset and experience—either in India or globally (remote roles).

Additionally, I’m interested in learning what skills or technologies I should focus on next to upgrade myself and stay competitive in the Power Platform & low-code ecosystem.
