I about to receive an offer from zoom for ZP3 (~SDE3) Position in Bangalore. So far I have received the below numbers. Please help me to take the decision:
Fixed+ Retairal = 37LPA Bonus = 3LPA Stocks = 85000$ vested over 4years (each year 25% ) Annual compensation = 57LPA (37+3+17)
current company: Walmart Global Tech current compensation: 33LPA annually (SE 3)
Fair enough keeping in view the current market scenario and moreover Zoom is long term player in VC business.!!
