Salary Discussion

A fresher working as a data analyst Hello Jut want to ask something I am Bsc graduated student from Mumbai University currently working as a Data analyst in A Startup founded in 2019. FYI its a fashion retail e-commerce brand Completed 4 months here Honestly saying my current ctc is 2.5LPA Very much confused about the future Anyone please guide how much time should I work here to switch Can I get a really good salary after switching.

P.S i work with excel, powerbi and python for daily data analysis and report generation
