just wanted to check viners view on this -

moving from 19 to 22.5 fixed which is just less than 20% hike, asked HM to sweeten the deal he will add 5-6% of fix as JB & some standard variable amount is there on top of fix.

YOE - ~3 years current Role - analyst in Analytics & Strat in a product company (pays very well, far above mkt standards i guess)

is it fair? i didn't negotiate hard coz i understand market is not rewarding growth at all, so big hikes off the table + badly wanted to move away from my current role, felt like stuck in a rut.
