Salary benchmarking

So I am looking out for a new role and the final round of the interview is done.

I am now at the negotiation stage where I do not want to quote a number but want to know the current "Market standard"

Job : Frontend/iOS engineer YOE : 5, worked in good product companies throughout

The HR person also mentioned that they can pay as much as Adobe salaries.

Numbers, anyone?
