Hi everyone. I need your help for negotiating my salary. I have 2.3 years of experience as a Data research analyst at Morningstar.
Now I'm done with 2 rounds of interview at S&P global for "Data analyst" role and both rounds went very well. So, what should be the In hand salary I can expect or can negotiate with them.
Anyone from S&P global please guide me with this. I'm very confused right now.
