Right time to resign for devops?

I am thinking of resigning without offer, I was preparing from last one year, gave 10-14 interviews (all PBCs).. Rejected in all due to various reasons...

I am willing to take the risk of resigning, please tell me a strategy to reach atleast 15lpa in devops....current yoe - 3.6 yrs

You are still on the lower side of the average package level ...but I will still suggest looking for a job with your current job else wait for a couple of months to observe whether hRs ask for early joining then resign and get interviewed. Also my point of waiting for a couple of months because global scenarios are going to change may be there after may be offer revoke or firing freeze

Thanks for the suggestions... I am observing that demand is good but companies need immediate joiners.. All interviews that I gave were scheduled just because I faked my notice period days... I told them that I am serving notice period
