Hi folks, I have asked Accenture to revise my salary as they have given way less for YOE. My client interview is done and I am selected for the client but they are not saying anything regarding compensation revision so finally I mailed them today but yet no response and I have attached the screenshot of compensation from other company with same amount (both have low balled me ). I want to know if they will revise the salary, if the client already selected me for the project. Folks from Accenture any idea on this?

Yes they revised at the end, my joining was delayed but yes I got a revised offer since at the client side my details were already added.

Accenture is providing virtual joining or do we have to report in office. After joining is it compulsory to come to office and work for 5 days from office.
