Review on ClearTax company

Im happy to share i got an offer from cleartax as SDE 2, only fixed component and nothing else.

Only fixed, no variable, no joining bonus nothing. So i got 138% hike comparing to my current fixed pay at Accenture.

I want to make sure i just join in a good company.

Please share your thoughts on me joining ClearTax.
