Resume Dilemma for Developers

Hey folks, Quick question for the community:

If a developer has 4 years of solid experience working on company projects (mostly frontend with some backend too), but hasn't built any personal side projects — how should they structure their resume?

👉 Should those company projects be listed only under Work Experience? 👉 Or is it recommended to also highlight them under a Projects section for better visibility?

This is for someone aiming for a job switch and wants to make their experience stand out.
