Resignation without offer letter
I am currently working at Infosys as a Data Scientist (YOE 3, not worked on any client project only POCs)and have been looking for a job switch for the past 6 months. During this time, I have attended many interviews. Initially, I was getting rejected in the first round, but gradually, I started progressing to further rounds and even reached the many managerial rounds. I cleared two interviews — both were with startups offering around ₹11 LPA (fixed). One of them even offered a buyout. However, the offers were below my expectations. Additionally, due to my 90-day notice period, many HRs were unwilling to proceed, and I lost several interview opportunities because of it. Also, the offered CTC was relatively low compared to my expectations, even though it was higher than my current fixed CTC of ₹7.25 LPA.
Now that I am able to clear interviews, I am seriously considering resigning.
Please guide me on whether this is a good decision.

Depends on how confident and well prepared you are. The market is not easy right now but if you feel you'll be able to get something in 3 months go for it.
