Resignation return advice

Hello Everyone ,

I have received an offer Accenture with good hike.

But the irony is I am not able to code without help of chat gpt.

Should I revoke my resignation from TCS and stay here till I get better at coding and problem solving?

Role offered - Senior Analyst application development CTC - 14, location - Pune Domain - IoT with ML

Present status - 6 months experience in Python and AWS with total 5 years experience in support. Basic knowledge on ML.

Or should I take a chance of joining Accenture and leaving a secured job?

Go with Accenture, come out of your comfort zone, learn on the job, use ChatGPT but also learn from it, using ChatGPT or Code Copilot to be precise is a new normal, many companies are allowing, encouraging, and I have seen integrating copilot in the company code editors/IDE , so nothing to worry there, it’s a new normal. So take the new job, learn on the job.

Should I switch to accenture?

Hi everyone,

I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown:

• Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable)...
