DS roles tend to be at the intersection of business and technology. As a result working from office is always a better option here. Unless you are working at a bigger org tbh

Very high CTC comes with a cost to work from office, if in startup and they are paying upward of 70-80LPA the founder himself/herself might not be taking that much salary
