They regulate mergers - where essentially through a merger / acquisition if you gain an abnormal market share in the economy. If you've grown naturally, they don't regulate that typically unless there is some anti competitive behaviour (like bundling etc)

If it takes a Motabahi to bring it all together, then so be it. Looks like an Indian alternative to Netflix/Hulu in the making. Huge market, i wish them the best. Good that India's entertainment is in Indian hands.
