Is there no rehire status checked in TCS before rehiring an exployee in TCS?

Yes. If your resume has TCS mentioned anywhere it will straightway get rejected. If you manage to hide this information at the time of hiring you will still get rejected during BGC because your PF details will show TCS contributions.
