Rejecting Offer During Notice Period

Hey Guys! I am new to the corporate world and am not familiar with all the nuances, is it okay that you change your mind during the notice period and decline an offer post accepting it from another org?

it is absolutely Ok, i understand as a newbie such think may come but as you gain experience you will know the reality. Just think will org think twice before laying you off ? they probably don’t so it’s all Ok and absolutely fine.

It's completely fine man. You do what you think is good for your career. I've seen people holding 4 offers and they reject 3 of it few days before joining.

Is it the case that cos you reject won’t consider your application ever from thereafter if you reject?

Chances are very less still if you want to reject it now why would you consider it in future also there are many companies so don't think that way.

It's totally fine. I rejected a company's offer 4 months back that too 2 days before joining, a different HR has reached out to me for hiring in the same company again xD
