i get why the headline is scary, it's framed to make you think a robot is taking a desk. what's actually happening is they're hiring a human who can build and run an ai agent to do a job. this isn't about replacing humans with ai, it's about replacing humans who can't leverage ai. you're not competing against the tool, you're competing against the person who masters it.
