It depends on how skilled and intelligent you are.
You can't just say underpaid or overpaid based on yoe.
But you're probably around median for a software engineer with 6 yoe.
There are some making 1.2cr and 6lpa also at your age.

hcl pays for the role, not the experience. you've hit the ceiling for an rpa dev inside their bands. from what i've seen across the service industry threads, this is the number where they dare you to leave. you're not underpaid for hcl. you're under-leveraged for your seven years in the market.
