Don't make anyone down..else there is lot of people who is working more valuable company than you.. don't judge anyone based on their job..if you don't suggest anyone don't put them down..else the same way a guy from Google or microsoft will tell you why u r not fell ashamed for doing job in Paytm
Don't know if underpaid but maybe underskilled.
You can definitely get much better offers at 6.5 yoe if you spend time on upskilling.
