Even at starting of my career I was at 4.5 LPA. Switch would only be the way to get this Salary
Worked 1.5 years for 4.5 LPA at first service based company. Then switched to another service based at 8LPA worked there for 1 year. Switched again to this Product based at 21.80 CTC (18 LPA Base). Worked hard for 1 year and now here I am.
12 years of experience with 23.5 lakhs package in a product based bank and being layoff still !!! Feel like I m wasted
Now feeling like I couldn't have got married and have a son instead I could have stayed single , now bcz of my inability my wife and son have to face problems, since I am responsible for them I can't able to suicide or leave this life.
