Having emotions is a curse Expressing them to the wrong people and being misinterpreted as vulnerable is the punishment

And if youre a man, please be ready to keep things within you. Start a journal perhaps. If you share your deepest darkest secret with a fellow man, you will be judged and mocked. If you do that with a female friend, they'll think youre trying to sneak into their beds by hoarding sympathy. If you do it with your therapist, they'll make you finance a loan to pay for those costly therapy sessions

And if youre a woman, please hangout with those who dont pull you down for being "weak" just because you feel things differently. Not every day needs you to be the boss lady. Sometimes you can just be an empathetic and sensitive human who feels things naturally. Its totally okay to embrace your emotions and understand them.

Thats it !
