• Dugar is considering starting his own secondaries fund and has relocated back to Mumbai.
• In the interim, his responsibilities are being shared by Shweta Bhatia and Prem Pavoor.
• Eight Roads Ventures, backed by Fidelity, has invested over $1.6 billion in more than 70 Indian companies.
• The firm plans to promote an internal partner to replace Dugar, ensuring a smooth transition.
