Question on Switching Current Company

Hi everyone , I am currenly working in Capgemini as a Full Stack Developer from 2.6 years. Just I want to ask anyone has recently switched from the same company with same experience and stack or from other companies as well , so that I will get glimpse about what questions currently recruiters are asking nowadays and what salary expectations should we put infront of HRs . My Current salary 4.5LPA. Any help would be helpfull.
