The first promotion generally happens around 2 years 9 months later during the year end cycle. From last year, grads can also go through mid year promotions, so the earliest you can get your first promotion (to an Associate) is about 2 years and 3 months. Then from an Associate to AVP, it takes atleast 2 years if you're very good or else 3 or more years. Then AVP to VP will take atleast 3-4 years more and so on.
