Can anyone suggest some good companies where you can work peacefully for 2 years with decent pay not expecting to match unicorn startups but not peanuts like witch

Total experience 2.5 worked in 2 startups

Current comp 17+1 rejected offer of 19+2 from a hustle-hustle unicorn

Can work for 14-15 but want to grow not suffer : / and doubt myself why I am doing this
