Query Regarding Variable Pay and Work Culture at Accenture

I recently received an offer letter from Accenture, which includes a 20% variable pay component. I would like to understand the average percentage of variable pay typically given and how it is calculated. Additionally, could you provide insights into the work culture at Accenture?

First off all congratulations on receiving the offer. Accenture hardly you will get 8-9 VP , if you are able to impress the manager it may be 11-13 you will get...once in 2 years... calculation it will be paid yearly twice depends on your level and business unit....like for example if your fixed is 5L it will be half as 2.5L 6months based on percentage ofnthat amount you will be paid.

Have you joined LTI? Average VP is 8 to 12 percent given bi annually, which means the 8 per is given in two payouts. For new joiner it's advisable to ignore VP and ony compare base pay of Accenture and CTC of other companies
