QA or Full stack developer

Hi guys,

As a fresher I joined CG, where I got trained and have 2 year experience in software testing, but from beginning I had interest in development, I requested many times to manager but no proper response. And now I got laid off.

Currently searching job as a software tester, it's been 6 months no proper interview call getting scheduled

I'm very confused should I continue with testing profile or this is the time to upskill and look for dev role

I have enrolled in full stack course too.

Please give me your opinion on should I continue job hunt for testing or start new Journey as full stack developer?
