PWC Offer delay?
Hello there... I have recently completed 3 rounds of interview at PWC and also got confirmed on the selection. HR has collected the docs like Payslip, PAN etc.. Its been 3 weeks and hr is just telling still no approval from directors... Is it like this in PWC or are they going to take some more time and release the offer?

I have rejected the offer ...as after selection, they are telling cannot afford to give what I asked for
If you and HR have agreed on the salary part then wait, as in PwC they release offer 1 week before the joining, as was my case, to prevent offer shopping.
I am also facing the same, it has been 20 days. HR saying that positions and approvals are on hold. Can i expect the offer for sure?

Yeah..... They said the same... And Hr called me ans informed me...
But why do they do that if they kniw the expected ctc before hand itself?
I would suggest keep PwC offer optional..as per my experience they will not release the offer stating the expected CTC is more than they can offer
