As Godrej is launching New project “Godrej The Gale” in Hinjewadi phase 1.
What do you think guys, it is good for investment/end use purpose ?
I am from NCR, I am very much aware about NCR specifically Noida and Gurgaon Real estate market but I don’t have any idea about Pune real estate.
If anyone can give their opinion about the godrej project location in turns of growth, that would very helpful for me.

Don't waste your money in real estate, it's my personal opinion.. Instead invest in stocks.
@CodingNinja_ Iagree with you, but in real estate you can expect 10-12 % return if taking moderate risk. In real estate if we start from EOl and before possession leave. in this way I think people are making very good returns. But here we have to evaluate market properly and builder as well. ... reply
