Pune or Bangalore? Help me Choose!
I have an offer from Bangalore based IT as below
Base 49.5 Variable: 15% Total CTC 57 LPA
Currently working in Pune, I have my own house. Married and an infant of 6 Months.
Currently making 34 LPA.
YOE: 11+
Is it wise to move to Bangalore for the salary Hike?
I would like to move back to Pune 2/3 years down the line.
Please suggest.

Check Your Net increase in In Hand Salary after taxes, Rent - 45 to 50 k for 2 bhk in Good Society Or more, Travel Cost to Pune.. If Net Saving is Good... Move
I would suggest to stay in Pune only because you are already settled and Bangalore might be costly or hectic, try to get better offer around 45-50 LPA in Pune.
Pune. BLR is filled.
You can get a similar offer in pune only. Go to Bengaluru if the TC >80/90 imo
Come to Bangalore if you wanna grow. Growth opportunities are higher compared to pune. The choice is yours
