Publicis sapient or Capgemini

I have an offer from Publicis sapient and Capgemini. Publicis sapient is giving 2.5L extra compre to Capgemini and both are given fixed without any variable. Could you suggest which company I should join considering job security and work culture. My date of joining is july 21. So based on your comments somehow I have to decide.
