Protiviti India work culture and projects

Hey, is anyone here from Protiviti. I have an offer from Protiviti, I want to understand how is the work culture of the firm, consulting projects, growth opportunities in the long run. I also have an offer from Deloitte USI (paying more than Protiviti) but it would be on the delivery side than consulting. Can someone please share their experience with Protiviti.
