Program Manager vs Product Manager

I've 6 years of experience in B2C sales along with GTM strategy. I've been looking out for jobs for the past 6 months and I am getting interviews but somehow nothing is working out. My skill set basically includes stakeholder management, GTM strategy, revenue strategy, negotiation along with some knowledge of performance marketing.

I've done BTech and do not have a master's degree.

I've been contemplating doing some courses but I'm confused between Program Management and Product Management roles.

Can the Grapevine community give me some guidance here.

You've already got solid GTM and stakeholder skills; both PM roles could work, but product management may let you build more, while program management focuses on execution. Try shadowing or chatting with folks in both roles to see what fits your vibe. Hop on Hiked.in for real talk with mentors from both sides of the fence can help you decide smarter.
